Shake well before use to mix and activate the nourishing benefits of each phase. Apply a drop of product to each nail (clean and polish-free) and cuticle and massage to aid absorption. Rinse and dry your hands thoroughly if you wish to apply nail polish. 
For a super-nourishing effect, apply in the evening and leave on overnight.
