RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your satisfaction is the most important thing for PUPA, and for this reason our products are made with meticulous care dedicated to quality and performance, in addition to compliance with international cosmetics standards. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry: you have up to 14 days from when you received your order to return the products.
First of all, we suggest that you contact our Customer Service selecting as type of request “I want to make a return”: in this way, you will receive step-by-step help from our team.
RETURNING THE ITEMS
In order to return the items, you will be asked to send the products that you have purchased back to our warehouse. Here is the address:

Remember that to return items, the products should be sent in their original PUPA packaging (or in another equally robust box) along with the correctly compiled return form that our Customer Service will send you.
As soon as our warehouse confirms receipt of the package, we will refund the price of the order and the delivery costs (returning of items to us will be at your own cost). Reimbursement will be fulfilled as follows:
1) Credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase
2) Bank transfer (when method #1 is not available, for example in the case of orders paid with cash on delivery)
In the second case, we will ask you for the details of your bank account so that we can fulfil the reimbursement.
