You can use the 2 colours together or separately. 

1.    Apply the lighter colour from the tear duct to the centre of the eye and the darker colour from the centre of the mobile eyelid to the outer corner of the eye to give it a more lengthened shape.

2.    Use the lighter colour from the centre of the mobile eyelid to the tear duct, for a radiant and fresh look. Use the darker colour as an eyeliner to define and lengthen the shape of the eye.
