Pupa <3 Pennyblack - Liquid Transformer Lipstick

A comfortable texture and a transformative effect for a festive season where lips are the main event.
The texture is rich and creamy, silky on the lips, and the colour is intense from the first coat.
The finish is satin at first, but after a few minutes the effect will be surprisingly pearly.

1.    Apply a thin coat of product to the lips
2.    Rub lips together to distribute the texture 
3.    Leave to dry a minute 
4.    Once completely dry, press the lips together to reveal a surprisingly pearly effect!
