This MAKE-UP REMOVER, by Pupa, thanks to its TWO-PHASE formulation, is perfect to remove intense and waterproof make-up in a quick, yet gentle way.
The two-phase make-up remover consists in two phases: an oily one and a water-based one. By shaking the bottle, the two liquids activate one another creating an effective solution.

Shake well before use to combine the two phases.
Remove eye make-up first, starting form the top going downwards, then from the inner corner outwards.
Then use another soaked pad for the lips. And finally remove face make-up.
It can be either rinsed or not, as you like. If you wish, you can complete the cleansing routine with the Moisturizing Toner.
